Valdemiro saving my Monday

I scheduled a pick-up on Friday for Monday morning 10:30. Monday morning 10:30 came and no courier. I got on the phone and with the help of Valdemiro, they managed to book the pick-up and actually have the parcel picked-up within 6 hours after my initial call this morning. I should also add: I am situated in an outlying area, and yet Valdemiro made sure that the fragile, urgent package was picked-up and is now safely on its way to another continent. Not only that, but contact was made at the appropriate time to make sure that my parcel has been collected. That is what I call pleasant customer services!
