After a nightmare experience due to 1 staff member not making the necessary arrangements for a parcel of mine to be collected in South Africa and delivered to Dubai I want to thank Valdemiro Macome for ensuring the parcel reached me timeously and for keeping me up to date with the status of the parcel all the time.
