Valdemiro Macome - a rare shining star at FedEx

I recently had an issue with FedEx regarding a shipment that I was expecting from overseas & found it extremely difficult to speak to anyone in the hope of getting assistance. As a last resort I posted a review on hellopeter.com - within a very short space of time I received a call from Valdemiro Macome in their customer care department. Things then started to happen - I received replies to my e-mails & started getting regular & informed feedback. Valdemiro ensured that the problem got sorted out & had my shipment delivered to me. Had it not been for his assistance & intervention I would probably still be waiting for my parcel. Well done & thank you Valdemiro.
