Utter Frustration! Do NOT book FedEx

<p>I had a parcel due for delivery to me yesterday. I had to call FedEx as the site said "held awaiting regulatory checks" (parcel arrived on Tuesday at customs) even though nobody contacted me. Yesterday I call them and i paraphrase "since you've called, please give your contact number+customs code+ email address". I do. Hours later at 4pm I get an invoice. Within 5 minutes I pay and send POP. No response from the email I sent to. Fine. I wait. 20 min later tracking site says "truck/aircraft departed" meaning parcel was left behind. This morning, parcel says in Durban warehouse with delivery date pending. I call again, "yes mam your payment came through yesterday, not sure why it was not scanned for delivery. Will make sure it's delivered on the second round". I wait. I check again at 12. Still pending. I call again, "let me check with operations in DBN" I waited and waited on the line. Finally she comes back to me "mam I sent a notification to operations I will get back to you before 1:30pm". It's almost two now, not a word from FedEx. My anger levels are through the roof!! I'm meant to have left this morning, I'm sitting at home waiting for a ship at the airport. And I am NOT going to your warehouse in the north again to pick it up myself (I have done so numerous times before due to your incompetence). </p>
