Utter disappointment

FedEx will never see me again. After expecting a package with extreme sentimental value, customs has destroyed it since it was “unclaimed”. This was after MULTIPLE phone calls with FedEx explaining what the contents were, and after continuous follow ups and no help from them, when I eventually phoned them they told me they do not have it anymore and that it was destroyed by customs as unclaimed. Really, really poor service!
