I just want to congratulate the South African Fedex Team for being the most *********** courier on the continent. Its pathetic to say the least when you cant get hold of a customer care representative because of everyone is working remotely in the comfort of their own homes. So let me list the bunch of useless (and should be dismissed) individuals at Fedex South Africa that have no interest answering emails (as the only form of communication available) to resolve a simple matter of a credit note and the offset payment of a vat and duties invoice for a shipment. No responses via email, not even a return phone call. WELL DONE FEDEX SA, WE WILL NOT USE YOU AGAIN! Here are the salaried individuals that get paid to be completely USELESS!
