USELESS FEDEX-

Fedex South Africa is useless. I ordered goods in China .Status of my package is as follows:

I am told my package is with the SAPS but they took the whole month to inspect my goods. If you ask for the case number, you are told it is not your job to know the case number/ follow up with the SAPS. In the meantime, their Agent Cherzal Subramoney and supervisor Nkosi is not giving progress /'status of the package. I am in the process of contacting Check point/Moja love (VIMBA)/Carte Blanch to investigate this company that is ****ming people. FEDEX SOUTH AFRICA MUST BE EXPOSED .... LET'S SEND OUR COMPLAINTS TO THESE MEDIA COMPANIES. I have read the reviews and I am still shocked.
