Useless FEDEX
We ship freight fairly regularly with FedEx and this unfortunately will be the last time. We have a 5 piece shipment, 4 arrived and 1 piece is in London. I was promised that it would be shipped over the weekend, only now to be told that it still has not even left the UK yet. It is absolutely ridiculous, we pay a fortune to ship freight with them and there are always issues like this!!! I look like a complete fool with our clients as we tell them their ETA's based on what we are told from FedEx, and then this happens. We will be moving our freight business elsewhere.

As per our telephone conversation , we had reached our allocation over the weekend from LHR .We have been advised by or warehouse team that the container has been consolidated to depart today .
Will revert back to you once the flight details has been updated on the system.
I have escalated this matter to my manager . Please expect either email or call from her .
