Useless Fedex
Absolutely shocking! South Africa cannot get it together. Lack of communication, tardiness and lack of care. Waiting for an expedited parcel from Canada, that we paid for an exorbitant amount of money for, in time for it to arrive for Christmas. It weighs less than 1kg and is filled with hand made gifts for my mother from her grandchildren. We are still waiting and it has been in the country since December the 13th! Shocking, shocking, shocking. Will never be used again!
