Useless customer service
I've been waiting on a TFG parcel for 3 weeks. It's been at the Cape Town depot since 14 May. I called everyday from Monday 18 May and each day the consultant told me I'll get it the next day. It's Thursday 21 May and I still haven't received my parcel.
