Useless customer care

Fedex customer service is absolutely terrible. I phoned to cancel my courier and they confirmed it will be returned to me no problem. The parcel was never returned to me and they take no responsibility for their staff lying to clients about the status of their shipment. Now not only did i have to pay for the waybill but also my goods are ****** by fedex. They wiped their hands clean and all they can say is Sorry... So fedex employees can do and say whatever they want without any repercussions. NEVER USE FEDEX!!!!
