Useless

FedEx service is pathetic to say the least. No communication unless I call and the agent I'm dealing with is worse than a government employee... My shipment has been in the country since the 5th of July and up until now he hasn't gave me a valid reason for the delay other than saying "he is waiting on customs" I honestly don't know what else to do as even trying to get hold of a manager/supervisor that can assist is like trying to get hold of a politician without dirt on their hands.
