Use carrier ***eon - more reliable than Fedex
They handover to my nominated freight forwarder (for which the forwarder pays them a fee), then charge me (the customer) for the customs clearance they didn't do. Write a report on hellopeter, get a phone call and an email asking for particulars and promising to investigate. A week goes by, no response follow up and get asked for the same details emailed to them originally for them to investigate. What a truly useless company.
