Use Aramex or DHL - Fedex is unreliable, dishonest and lazy

Utterly pathetic service from Fedex. My parcel arrived in SA and after I finally contacted Fedex to provide the clearance particulars because nobody reached out to me they captured my ID number incorrectly resulting in the clearance failing. Subsequently, instead of trying to contact me they just abandoned the shipment. Useless, dishonest call center and unhelpful unresponsive managers.

Use Aramex global shopper or DHL for parcel imports.
