URGENCY IS A RELATIVE TERM
ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER. URGENT DOCUMENTATION WHICH WAS QUOTED 2DAYS FOR DELIVERY IS NOW 4DAYS PAST THE 2DAYS AND NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN EFFECTED. NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.
