UNRELIABLE!!
Had a parcel delivered today, the driver did not phone me to check to whom the parcel needs to be handed to. NO CONTACT WAS MADE. I had to phone Incredible connect and later phoned FedEx to be informed that it was handed to one of the general workers at my residence. The paper wasn't even signed. WITHOUT MY CONSENT it was handed to anyone for that matter. POOR SERVICE!!! WON'T RECOMMEND THIS, AT ALL! You guys carry valuable things that Is just handed over to ANYONE!
