Unreliable Courier Services

We at University of Pretoria had requested a -20 shipment to Australia and was charged R16 000 for said shipment by TNT, now Fedex, shipment date was 23 February 2018. The samples arrived in Melbourne on 3 March with no ice nor dry-ice and obviously defrosted, even though their system **********ly said the shipment was in good condition. After several attempts to get a refund on our costs, 6 months later 03 August 2018, the very best response we get is that " Our credit department is working on it". Fedex has since merged with TNT and are thus liable for the acquisitions less than stellar customer services. thus far we have dealth with: Thalia van brises, Lokesh Bugwandeen, Boitumelo Segae, and Philip Du Plooy.
