"unQuotable" - Slow-moving

<p>As a first time customer, I was seriously not impressed how difficult it is to get a international quote. It took over 24 hours to get a quote and then on receipt of the quote it was not for an "express" service, but a week service - Not too sure why there is an "express" in the company name.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not impressed at the lethargic responses. In today's world of technology I thought TNT we be pretty awesome based on reviews we have read.</p> <p> </p> <p>3 other international carriers rep**** within 30-45 minutes for quotes, so we made of one of them.</p>
