unprofessional,unaccountable,faceless company

<p>We asked for a quote from this company to transport goods from the UK,with no explain the quote changed from under R4000 to R17,000 and then back to under R5000,at this stage my husband accepted the quote on the phone and placed an order. When it came to the bill it was over R9000 because they say they dont have an accetance mail from us , we have copies and dates of all these quotes but they continue to dispute the account.</p> <p>The second order we placed the same thing happened, the quote and the bill did not reconcile ,fortunetely my husband produced the acceptance mail and they reluctantly agreed.</p> <p>The second shipment arrived with boxes smashed to pieces,we took a photo of the condition of the boxes and sent it to Clare Sharpe,who has yet to comment.</p> <p>We get regular phone calls from an unintelligible , faceless French Person saying the account is still in dispute concerning the first shipment.</p> <p>We have no business cards or full names besides Clare and no titles or positions of employees ,just a faceless Julio and Clare with a switchboard number.</p> <p>This company has proved unprofessional,faceless and unreliable,even dishonest in their quoting.</p> <p>This is the treatment of micro indusrty by an international company.</p>
