Unprofessional, ***********, Poorest of poor service
Just to start off - the * that I gave was only because there is not the option for zero stars. My package from USA left USA on 04 Jan 2024 - promised to be delivered 11 Jan 2024. At present it is stuck in Johannesburg, SA. Despite my best efforts, I cannot get hold of anyone at Fedex - no reply to e-mails, not answering phones, etc etc. Absolutely NO communication. What a lot of *********** people! I have never in my life had such poor service.

The fact is - I am still waiting for my package - NO communication from Fedex, not answering phone lines, etc.
