Unprofessional delivery person

<p>So a van parks at the gate and hoots so many times without even waiting for a responce. I then come out, the lady says she came to deliver a parcel to S* I then say to her its unprofessional of her to come to a private property gate and just hoot so many times without even calling the person that they have come to. I then asked her if there is no number on the delivery box, she said there is a number but she is not prepared to call the person she is delivering to. I told her I am going to lodge a complaint she says "its fine you can lodge a complaint. I would rather take the parcel back instead of calling the person I came to deliever the parcel to." So now Fedex Express dont you need proof of receipt when you deliver. Your staff is so rude and untrained. I always receive parcel from Courier companies but your company is the worst. Do you just rock up and hoot on a property without even contacting the person you are delivering to.</p>
