Unnecessary delay with custom and tax misunderstanding
First time buying from the company(very effective company)using a Fedex,and I am not happy at all.My parcel is stuck with them cause they want me to pay taxes which are already paid by the company I bought from.This is so unnecessary.Just had a good experience with DHL, everything went smooth.But Fedex.... ,still waiting for my parcel which I don't even know I will get.

25 Oct 2022, 12:03After all that,Allo allo claims they paid for shipping including customs and taxes and gave me the reference proof.Fedex claims they did not.I am stuck in the middle as consumer,spent money but no delivery.Surely this is not the first time this 2 companies( allo allo and Fedex) do business.People beware.ALL MY MONEY GONE!!!
