******** Admin fee after full payment

I ordered a parcel from china which was shipped to me, and delivered 27 July 2015.<br> <br> When the parcel was delivered i asked if there was any vat/duty I have to pay, an i was told \No there is nothing\".<br> <br> 29-JANUARY, 6 months after i received the parcel, i got an email that I owe TNT R590.<br> <br> On the SARS invoice the vat and duties amount is R157, and another \"AF1\" of R433 which I later found out is an admin fee. <br> <br> You can not just charge someone an admin fee 6 months later for a service that has already been paid for in full, and the service delivered. Otherwise i could just go to any of my clients and say, \"you owe me\", as mush as i want.<br> <br> I have no issue paying the R157 for SARS, but i did not appoint TNT express as my agent, nor do i have a contract with them, therefore, I do not owe them anything.<br> <br> I repeatedly phoned the number on the invoice, but every time i get nowhere, and \"someone will phone me back\". I do not have the time to waste on phoning them over and over but still get nowhere.<br> <br> I am now paying the SARS R157 to the account provided, but will not pay the admin fee.<br> <br> If they are going to try and blacklist me, I WILL take legal action against them.<br> <br> "
