Unhappy worg information

Waiting this on behalf of my brother so I'm copying and pasteing what he told me to put in the report So my package was sent out yesterday form Capetown to port elizabeth form takealot and then I got a tracking number form takealot now my work is not far form FedEx in port elizabeth so yesterday late afternoon I went to FedEx I asked fir them to track my package and more less give me a time when it Wil be in port elizabeth I was told it would arrive today in port elizabeth and it Wil most likely go out for delivery today so I told the person walking all day so I need to know when it Wil be delivered for sure because I have to pay someone to be at my house to wait for the package and the worker tells me that it Wil be delivered for sure today so I went ahead and payed someone to stay at my house and wait for the package a few minutes ago I call your call center and I get told my package Wil be delivered Monday and Wil. Only be in port elizabeth on Sunday so I got the worg information last night this is completely unacceptable I wasted my time getting someone to wait at home pls help as this is unacceptable I forgot to take the workers name that helped me yesterday but I can describe him pls help this is unacceptable tracking number Mdx ********** 1
