Unhappy client

I keep getting an email pop up on my mail box about a missing shipment from Fedex distribution, im getting this main and i am waiting for shipment and i am told to confirm the address and pay and the cost is R38.83 and i make payment and now there is no response that the money was received and the i keep trying and their system take R38.38x3 now I am wondering is this even real.
