*** My parcel was delivered in Johannesburg on the 12th this month... then got a call that it been held by customs I need to send the banking statement with account holder name and the bank stamp okey I did that and I sent it back to Kelly Ann . Now I’ve been told to send a again I’m no longer sure what’s happening ? This is unexpectable being harassed for the parcel that I paid for. Have to go in and out of the banks to proof that I paid for the parcel. Why would the supplier ship the parcel for free? No I don’t know why this company still exist this is very bad service and experience :-(
