Undelivered parcel 39
I haven't received my parcel from China yet when I track it, it says that it's delivered. I tried calling but I'm kept holding until the call drops. Now my question is who received this parcel because nobody has ever received it? Please assist because it is a matter of urgency.

We have not been able to find a shipment to yourself in the system. Please reach out to the shipper for the correct tracking number.
