Undelivered order
<p>I have been waitng for my parcel from TNT for the past 3 months. At first they told me the parce was held by customs but I enquired with customs and was told that my palcel was relises on the 26th of April 2016. I have been dealing with a lady called Lebogang for the past two months. She does not take my calls or answer my emails. Nobody seems to care that TNT has not delivred my parcel. Today i have been calling since 8 am in the morning and the line keeps disconnecting. TNT what is going on I need my parcel can someone please assist me.</p> <p> </p>

When will this issue be addressed as it is now another 2 weeks since you said something will happen and nothing has happened. No one has contacted me or givne me any details.
