UNABLE TO DELIVER ON TIME
<p>i need my order today as you promised to deliver this item on the 9th and you still have not yet delivered.</p> <p>if my items are not delivered today i want my money back as it will be as good as using SAPO which takes about a week or 2 to deliver my items.</p>
Dear Fortune thank you for the below, Please accept my apology for any inconvenience caused. The shipment came into the country as a low value shipment was cleared and on forwarded to the Midrand branch for delivery. We were then asked by customs to return the shipment to the bonded warehouse for further evaluation. The shipment has been returned to Customs as of this morning and we are awaiting instruction from them. Please note that we may not deliver the shipment until the query with customs is resolved. This is not exceptable and i am not interested in what happens in the background and how you operate, i paid money for convenience and specifically because i believed you can have my item delivered before the 10th being today.
Yesterday i stayed home all not absent from working waiting for an item which was not delivered, please note i dont get paid when im off from work. I need the items in my package today.
Like i said i paid for you speedy service but its clear that u failed to deliver on time, so what am i paying for?
Might as well pay you what the SAPO charges.

Customs came back to us, they wanted a duty paid entry because this is a high value shipment and the shipper declared this a low value, once bringing full vat and duty charges in the below stands
Vat: R250 +-
Penalty: R500
Please advise if you will be liable.
