After the initial complaint, still no positive action. Just a confusing mess. So typical of this bunch of BBEE.

13 Aug 2020, 10:1213 July, still no feedback on what is going on. I have been in contact with Melanie & Mehrun-Nisa Goolam, Leigh Taylor and Kagiso Mabiletsa. This Kagiso refused to help me because she could only speak a little English. When I spoke Afrikaans, she dropped the phone. Not only are the service of this so-called company non existent, some of their personell also discriminates against Afrikaans speaking people. The worst of the worst ofcourier companies in South Africa.
