Trying to make me pay customs and duties twice
I placed an order with an international company I have purchased from multiple times before. They have always made use of FedEx Express and I have always used their option of paying customs and duties in advance along with my order.
Despite this, I am still receiving emails from FedEx insisting that I pay customs and duties AGAIN, essentially attempting to rob me. Bear in mind that I have sent them ample proof as well.
