Truly Pathetic
I am once again forced to resort to Hellopeter because of Fedex's terrible service. If you have an account with them or TNT (which they unfortunately now own) any payments made to that account will take weeks to reflect. This means that your account appears to them to be overdue and they put a stop on it. Meanwhile your payment floats around in the ether between SA and India (where the accounts department is). If you have a stop on your account you cannot get quotes nor can you charge anything to the account which in turn delays imports. Truly pathetic
