Totally unacceptable, bad and horrific service!

My shipment has been picked up 20 days ago in China and arrived 13 days ago in Johannesburg South Africa. The import duties has been paid a week ago. I have called customer support about 50 times and got through to them only 3 times. All three times I was promised delivery the same day. Yet nothing at all happened. TNT is not delivering anything. It will probably get here faster if I use a ship!!I have sent e-mails to everyone I have e-mail addresses for and no one has rep****. I have never seen such terrible service in my life!. How can you call yourselves 'express'!!! I demand that someone contacts me and tell me WHY you are refusing to deliver my shipment!
