Total waste of time, Fedex is absolutely useless, disinterested, no care attitude!
Useless, disinterested, no care attitude for clients - 5 emails requesting feedback on an urgent air freight shipment, gone ignored entirely by the responsible department. Follow up with numerous people in copy, and not even a response in 3 emails - total waste of time and money - beware do not use Fedex, you will lose money.
