Total sports and FedEx made me pay for overnight and express, 2nd day and I am still waiting on my purchase

<p>I did an online purchase at total sports 13 Dec 2016 before 2pm, I opted for overnight express since I was off that dayI would be home to receive the parcel. Nothing arrived yesterday, I contacted total sports and fedex, says there was a delay with my parcel. That is not my problem, I PAID the required amount for overnight express delivery, I expected to receive the service. It costs me now to take another day off to receive the parcel. This is unacceptable, I am not happy, I will not be making use of their services again. I contacted TS and fedex, none wants to take ownership. </p> <p>It is 15 Dec 2016, I am still waiting on my parcel.</p>
