total incompetence

i REPEATEDLY get the worst service from this company! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use TNT. if you are happy to have customer care tell you they refuse to make the booking (like Retabile just told me) and others that make a booking without taking full details of the person they are collecting from (like Nozipho just did), make bookings and over a week later they still havent collected but continue to "escalate it" , have them tell you that data capture didnt take down the account number yet you gave it to them when you made the booking... then by all means make your booking through them. I have never come across such total incompetence before!!!
