TNT/FEDEX Hero to Zero
Since the merge with Fedex, TNT has fallen from Hero to Zero. I am highly disgusted in their services. Shipments don't get picked up, cannot even supply you with a tracking nr, waiting for feedback for days, waiting for a quote for days. Accounts departments paperwork is absolutely shocking. WHAT HAPPENED TO TNT? i will never recommend TNT/Fedex to anyone, the only thing good was their prices, but i would rather pay more and have good service.
