WORST COURIER IN THE WORLD!!!! Don't use this company. I booked online. Everything seemed straight forward. The guy came to collect. But I didn't received an invoice...which I thought was perhaps fine maybe they would send it later after confirming my parcel's dimensions etc. A week later and after countless emails and support people who just fwd my email on to the next...I couldn't get anyone to help sort out payment...meanwhile parcel said it was on-route...However, instead of going to NZ my parcel was returned to sender (NO COMMUNICATION TO ME WHATSOEVER) but instead of sending it back to me they sent it to some random woman in another town who just shares the same first name as me. Thank goodness she is honest and contacted me. I am horrified by this service!
