TNT worst Courier company ever used.

No idea how this company can even be operating here in South Africa. If the mother company had any idea how absolutely useless and inefficient this South Africa branch of this company is, they would surely close the doors. They do not answer any calls at all. They do not respond to any emails at all. We are so damn sorry that the Company in Germany did not use DHL or any other couriers because this company is causing our Company and our Clients Company great harm. We need these parts to fix a machine and if the client does not get them soon he may as well close his business. They have been sitting with these parts for more than a week now and no one is prepared or even willing to give us any answers what so ever. I hope the international body closed this South African operation so suppliers in European countries do not send goods via TNT to South Africa anymore. Please TNT close your doors in South Africa!!!!
