TNT (UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE AND COMPLETELY USELESS )

The worst service i have had in many years, i am writing this message 21 days after goods collected in Italy and 16 days after its arrival in Johannesburg. Total travel time from Italy to South Africa 5 days, Total travel time from O.R. Thambo to Randburg +- 40 kilometers 16 days and counting. i wish this was a isolated incident but it seems to be the norm for TNT now.

Our Previous shipment arrived in Joburg also within 6 days and then for some unknown reason was sent Mozambique, before that on a previous shipment everything looked greatdelivery was done only 9 days from the collection but we quickly realised that of the two parcels collected in Italy only one was delivered and the other parcel was sitting in Belgium.

Do yourselves a favour do not use TNT .
