TNT & their clueless staff.
Totally unreliable and no one working there has any idea as to whats happening, parcel coming in from China have paid the customs charges and have been waiting over 20 days for my parcel to be delivered. I phone and get moved from one department to the other and get told one day its going to be delivered that afternoon and someone different then tells me the parcel has not arrived in the country??? DHL seems to be the next step, cant operate a business like this.
