TNT - The level of incompetence is astounding
The level of incompetence of their staff is astounding, I have paid for express shipping and have not received my goods yet, this was over 8 weeks ago. The tracking system indicates that contact has been made with the client however this is never true, so its practically bull****.
I have just dealt with a guy named Mpiti Khosi who was rude and arrogant, and as I searched through this website, I see that there are multiple complaints about this guy, clearly nothing is being done and complaints are not taken seriously.
Even though TNT is cheap they are not worth the risk.
