TNT takes longer than SAPO to deliver

<p>I buy a lot from overseas, & for some reason, their preferred courier is TNT. Every time I get a parcel, it sits at the local branch here in PE, waiting for an invoice from head office, to clear it & pay custom fees. The latest parcel I have has been sitting there since 11 May, it's now the 26th May. The guys at PE are excellent, but they can do nothing until they receive the invoice from the main branch. I ordered another item, through regular mail, at the same time, which arrived last week. So I paid in extra for courier service for nothing! I have now told my suppliers they may not send me itmes via TNT, standard mail is cheaper, & apparently faster!!</p>
