TNT - Staff very rude - Slow Delivery

TNT Express is very slow. Staff is rude - I called the customer care and they transferred me to someone who was very rude to me. 9 days have passed and I have not received my package. Terrible service. Staff has a don't care attitude. You may as well use DHL - much more professional.

I don’t understand how you can “raise the issue” to the manager when you don’t even have my tracking number. My package has arrived in South Africa on 08/08/2018 and I still don’t have my package. Poor service!!!
