TNT should just close down

i would never in my sound mind recommend anyone to use the services of TNT Express,their level of customer service are sinking by the passing of each minute and its sad because they dont realize how they are bringing their company to the ground by their incompetence.A package got in the country on the 11th Of March and no one has cared to contact me to advise if at all there are hiccups on its delivery up until now no one has communicated.i have called TNT on numerous occasions and someone promised to get back to me with feedback but am still waiting.If i am to rate TNT i would give it a -0 ,no customer service whatsover. I dont need to write a bad review about you guys to get you to communicate with me.So you know this is the last time am using your services and everyone out there should stay away from TNT
