TNT Service Suck

I imported 10 Items in November. In December I received 8 of the items. I have been trying since that time to get my other two items. TNT South Africa is absolutely hopeless and only pays lips service. I will never use them again for any imports. If all goes well there is no problem but have an issue and you can kiss your stuff good bye. I have been looking for the clearance department and the phone has been ringing for 7 minutes now and my emails are not rep**** to. If you want easy imports don't use TNT. Their service sucks.
