TNT No delivery after 10+ days

TNT fails to deliver my parcel from China - the parcel has been by customs for more than 10 days and on the 16th of March I paid the required customs fee and called to confirm that they have received - Ever since, nothing seems to have been done to deliver the parcel to me..... everyday when I call I'm told the parcel is still being inspected at customs ( for 5 business days, the parcel is being inspected) - I spent lot of airtime holding on the phone just so I could get feedback - which is not much of feedback as TNT doesn't even understand why a small parcel has to be inspected for more than 5 business days.
