If you looking for useless service providers, use TNT. This is the most unreliable and pathetic logistics company in the 6 years of importing that I have dealt with. No one can help you, you have to talk to 5 people and they keep putting you trough to the next person. There is also a bunch of lazy people that thinks they doing us a favor.
