TNT Misery

I ordered an item from China. TNT was the courier. TNT Track and trace: ********** 20 4 June 2018 14:52 Krugersdorp Shipment delivered in good condition 4 June 2018 12:47 Zurich Shipment about to be delivered by van driver 3 June 2018 14:59 Oliver Thambo International Shipment arrived at TNT location

The problem is that I did not receive the parcel. It went from OR(JHB) to Zurich to Krugersdorp in a day. I contacted TNT several times. To date NO FEEDBACK from TNT about the whereabouts of my parcel. I find this highly frustrating as it defeats the purpose of using a courier service in the first place. The lack of feedback is just unacceptable.
