TNT LYING AND NOT GIVING US ANY SERVICE FOR MONTHS

Our suppliers have send our Products that we import with TNT, on the 18th of April. We were notified on the 23rd of April they asked us for proof of payment. Mashidu and Tiro Mpotoane were working on the case. The parcel was released according to mashidu 22 April from customs and went to CBCU, We were informed then thatTNT customs are on Strike, also that its the same place on 27 May 9:47. Tiro's supervisor Aaron Zulu wasn't even aware of a strike when we spoke to him! From there we spoke to them every single day, via emails and phone calls. After Many attempts we were notified that Tiro went to the states warehouse to fetch the boxes, he himself said he got them Friday 5June and will send straight away. Today 8 June Tiro Mpotoane doesn't know anything and Aaron his supervisor said now, that Tiro did go with wrong documents, and couldn't pick up boxes as he is not a driver.!! They are lying to us, causing us massive loss of income, due to their negligence. ITs been almost 2 months since our parcels has been send!!! no one is honest to us or keeping us in the loop. They just passing the buck and NO supervisor is EVER Available to talk to.... We are beyond FRUSTRATED!!!!
